- If applicant fulfils entry requirement, College will issue Offer Letter to applicant
- Applicant to accept the offer by replying to the Offer Letter
- Acceptance reply to be submitted together with payment of Admission Acceptance Fee and EMGS Application Fee
- NIC to submit application to EMGS
- NIC to apply for Student Pass from the Malaysian Immigration Department
- The Malaysian Immigration Department issues the Visa Approval Letter (VAL)
- NIC to send the VAL to applicant
- Student submits the VAL to the Malaysian embassy in his/her country to obtain the Single Entry Visa

Student informs NIC of travel itinerary
- NIC representative will receive student at immigration check point at airport and facilitates all immigration matters at the airport
- Student undertakes a medical check-up in Malaysia. If fails, student to return home.
- If student passes the medical check-up, NIC will submit student’s passport to the Immigration Department to obtain the Student Pass sticker
- Required Documents
- copy of ALL passport pages, including the front and back covers. Please ensure that the passport has a validity period of more than ONE (1) year
- 2 copies of passport sized photos (35mm x 45mm) with WHITE background
- copy of relevant academic certificates
- medical check-up report
