Accommodation

The College will, upon request by the students, assist with accommodation.  Typically, accommodation is in the form of apartments, condominiums and single/double storey houses, which may have 3 to 4 bedrooms together with a living hall, kitchen and bathrooms. The landlord may require students to sign a minimum one year contract or lease agreement with a deposit for 2 or 3 months rental.  The rentals are to be paid monthly and other utilities such as water, electricity, gas and cable TV are to be paid by the students themselves according to their monthly usage.

Rooms for Rent

1. For students on a budget, there are opportunities to rent rooms of apartments or houses, either sharing with other students, with other tenants or with the owners / landlords.
2. Room rate starts at RM 300 per month for sharing. Single room rates can be from RM 400 to RM 750 a month.

Apartments

1. Apartments are usually small in size compared to a condominium, usually between 600 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft.
2. One can rent an apartment for RM 1,000 to RM 2,500 a month.

1. A condominium unit can be rented at a rate of RM 1,600 to RM 5,000 a month, depending on the exclusivity of the condominium and the furnishings provided.
2. A unit of condominium may have 3 to 4 rooms.

Houses for Rent

1. A 3 bedroom 1-storey terrace house can be rented at between RM 1,500 to RM 2,500 a month.
2. A 2-storey terrace house goes at a rate of RM 1,500 to RM 3,500 a month, depending on the area size and number of rooms and bathrooms.
